Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure I can accommodate all of my clients and honor the time reserved for each appointment, I kindly ask that you please respect the following cancellation policy:
48-Hour Notice:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client in need of care.
Late Cancellations:
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will occur a 100% fee of the total service cost, as these last-minute changes are especially difficult to fill.
No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service total.
Late Arrivals:
To honor the timing of all guests, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. The full service charge will still apply.
Multiple Cancellations or No-Shows:
Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may be asked to prepay for future visits or be placed on a limited appointment schedule.
